With more than 35 years of combined experience across 1, 2 and 3 Michelin-starred restaurants in France and the UK, building our careers in some of Melbourne and Sydney’s best dining rooms, we realised what we loved most was creating meaningful experiences for people. Troy has helmed award-winning kitchens, earned Chef Hats, worked alongside Manu Feildel and led teams at NOMAD and The Bentley Restaurant Group. Olive brings a powerhouse résumé of her own, including OTTO, Yellow, Arthur and her recent work as pastry chef at W Hotel Sydney.
After years of working in distinguished kitchens, we wanted to create something a bit more personal — a dining experience that brings the restaurant into the comfort of your home.
